About This Call
IN-Focus is open to any photographer living in the state of Indiana who is 18 years of age or older. Each photographer may submit up to ten entries. Any work previously exhibited at AMOA is ineligible, and if an entered work is discovered to have been previously exhibited, it will be removed prior to judging. All entries must be the original work of the entering photographer. There will be no refunds or substitutions.
Entry categories include: Animal/Wildlife, Architecture, Digital manipulation, Nature/Scenic, Open, People, and Photojournalism. Color and/or monochrome photographs will be accepted. Photographs must be at least 5" x 7" and must be matted or mounted to a material that is at least 16" x 16". Panoramic mounts must have a height of at least 12" and be longer than 16". Acceptable mounting materials include mat board, foam core, styrene, or similar materials. Framed work will not be accepted. Photographs must either go to the edge of the mount or have a window mat on top.
Submit original, high-quality JPEG image files at least 1500 pixels on the longest edge with a maximum file size of 30 MB. Crop images to include only the artwork itself without visible matting, frames, or background. Ensure images are oriented correctly and use the sRGB color profile for best results. Entry fees are paid by credit or debit card and are not refundable. Entries must be submitted and paid by the entry deadline of March 7, 2025. After submission, you may log back in to review, edit, and add or substitute images until the deadline. For questions about the prospectus, eligibility, artwork requirements, drop-off, pick-up, or sales, contact Molly Schaller, Exhibitions Manager, at 765-649-1248 or [email protected].
