Im-Press-ive Women

Im-Press-ive Women is a juried exhibition presented by the National Association of Women Artists, Inc. (NAWA) and the Center for Contemporary Printmaking, running February 15 – March 28. The exhibition is open to NAWA Signature Members only.

Submissions must be original fine art prints, including monotypes, monoprints, and unique impressions. Traditional printmaking mediums such as woodcut, intaglio, lithography, and silkscreen are eligible. Drawings, photographs, and direct reproductions of drawings and paintings are not eligible. All prints must be signed in pencil by the artist. Works may not exceed 30 x 22 inches (full sheet). All works must be for sale, and accepted works cannot be substituted and must be available for the duration of the exhibition. Any use of AI assistance must include the words "AI assisted" attached to the medium. Artwork that previously won a NAWA award is ineligible for submission to the current and future NAWA juried exhibitions. Graphic violence and/or lewd sexual content are prohibited; nudes are acceptable at the discretion of the committee.

Prints must be submitted with foam core backing and Plexiglas cut to size (not provided by CCP). Prints can be matted with a neutral color mat. Framed work is not accepted. Submitted images must be high-quality JPEGs at least 1500 pixels on the longest edge, with a maximum file size of 30 MB. Images should show only the artwork without matting, frames, or background, and must be right-side-up. Awards include NAWA First, Second, and Third Place Awards, plus 2 Honorable Mentions.
