IDENTITY

This online exhibition calls for artwork exploring the theme of identity. Artists are invited to submit work that goes beneath the surface to reveal aspects of the subject that usually remain hidden. Show what identity means to you through your perspective.

The call is open to artists worldwide, both amateur and professional, working in all fine art mediums including oil, acrylic, watermedia, pastel, drawing, printmaking, mixed media, photography, sculpture, fiber, wood, and digital art (video excluded). Work that is copied or done under the guidance of an instructor is not eligible. Submit 1-20 JPEG images at 1,200 pixels or greater on the longest side, with a maximum file size of 5 mb. Entry fee is $20 for the first entry and $5 for each additional entry. Payment is non-refundable and does not guarantee acceptance.

All accepted pieces will be displayed in the online gallery at www.art-fluent.com. Awards include First Place: $500, Second Place: $200, and Third Place: $100. Selection is by director's choice with no personal feedback given by jurors. Notification of acceptance will be sent by email on January 22, 2021. For any artwork sold, artists receive 100% of the sale. A portion of entry fee proceeds are donated to organizations committed to the arts and supporting artists.
