Huffhines Harvest Fest 2025

Join us for a fall-tastic weekend at Huffhines Harvest Fest, featuring Pawtoberfest and the Children's Entrepreneur Market. Huffhines Harvest Fest is a two-day festival held outdoors in Richardson, Texas, just minutes north of Dallas. Celebrating its 50th anniversary, the show has grown since the beginning to become one of the best arts and crafts shows in North Texas! On Saturday, the festival will feature Pawtoberfest, a unique opportunity for attendees and furry friends to enjoy the festival together with pet friendly activities. On Sunday, the festival will feature the Children's Entrepreneur Market where children will run their own booths and sell their own products in a designated area, significantly increasing the number of attending young families.

The festival takes place on October 18-19, 2025 from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. on Sunday at Huffhines Park, 1500 Apollo Rd, Richardson, TX. This is a rain or shine event. Live performances from local talent adds to the festive environment on the Front Porch and Backyard stages, along with concessionaires offering treats. Family activities include pumpkin decorating, face painting, corn maze, scarecrow village, petting zoo and much more.

Application deadline is August 4, 2025 with a $25 non-refundable application fee. Selection begins August 5, 2025 and notification is August 13, 2025. Upon acceptance, booth fees are due September 5, 2025: Single Booth $200, Corner Booth additional $90, Electricity $100. Artist amenities include Friday set-up, Boy Scout assistance, delivered snacks and water, private restroom, booth sitting for breaks, 24-hour security, weather monitoring, advertising to the DFW metroplex, host hotel discounts, and free admission and parking. 5 images and a booth shot are required for application.
