Honoring All Who Served

Estrada Garcia Gallery invites artists to submit work for the 2020 HONORING ALL WHO SERVED Online Art Show and Competition. Judith Estrada Garcia, owner of the gallery and a retired United States Marine, is holding this National Invitational juried online show to honor those who have served in the military. Entries may be somber, insightful, loving, or playful renderings respecting the contributions of men and women from all branches of service. All works in the show will be for sale through Estrada Garcia Gallery with 10% of the commission going to Art Spark Texas, helping disabled veterans and artists throughout the state.

Eligibility: All artists 18 years or older working in painting, drawing, photography, mixed media, and digital art are invited to submit up to 5 pieces for jury selection. Submit images of your work at 120 dpi no later than 12:00 a.m. on November 6, 2020. Successful entries will be announced by 12:00 a.m. on November 11, 2020. The show will go online November 11, 2020 and remain online through January 15, 2021.

Fees and Prizes: Artists may enter up to 3 pieces for $30.00 with an option to enter another 2 pieces for $10.00 each. First Place: $800 cash plus winning artwork posted on Artsy for 6 months (value $300.00), total value $1,100.00. Second Place: $400.00 cash plus second place work published on Artsy for 3 months (value $150.00), total value $550.00. All work in the show will be for sale through Estrada Garcia Gallery with a 30% sales commission retained by the gallery. Funds will not be dispersed unless and until the work is delivered to the gallery.
