Honey, I Shrunk the Art

Honey, I Shrunk the Art is an open call art exhibition for small works from local artists. Work must measure no larger than 8"x10" (framed size no larger than 9"x11" outside of frame). Three-dimensional work will also be accepted, no larger than 10" in any direction. All original media is acceptable, including drawing, painting, photography, printmaking, mixed media, sculpture, collage, fabric work, glass work, jewelry, and digital media. All entries compliant with exhibition specifications will be accepted until space is filled.

The exhibition will run April 30 - May 29, 2022 in The Darcy Gallery (2nd floor) at The Firefly Artists, 162 Main Street, Northport, New York. Note: there is no handicapped access to this venue. A reception will be held May 1, 12:00pm - 5:00pm. All artwork must be original (no reproductions except photography) and must be for sale. The gallery takes a 35% commission on sold pieces. Artists are responsible for insuring their own works.

Entry fee is $15.00 for the first two entries, with up to 4 additional pieces at $5.00 each. Submit 2-6 images. Accepted work must be framed, wired, and ready to hang or display. Artwork must be delivered in person April 22, 5:00pm - 8:00pm or April 24, 3:00pm - 5:00pm. Pickup is required in person June 3, 5:00pm - 8:00pm or June 4, 3:00pm - 5:00pm. Shipped artwork will not be accepted. A storage fee of $5 per day applies for artwork not picked up by June 6.
