Holly Jolly Roger Outsider Show - Pirate's 2023 Juried Show

Pirate Contemporary Art welcomes artists of all ages and experiences to enter their semi-annual juried show to be exhibited December 8-24, 2023. Initial entries will be judged digitally through callforentry.org. The entry fee is $45 (non-refundable) for up to 3 works. Submissions must include 1-3 images. Selected artworks will be exhibited at the gallery located at 7130 W 16th Ave, Lakewood, CO 80214. The art must remain for the duration of the show. Artwork is not required to be for sale, and artwork sold is not charged a commission fee.

Acceptable media includes drawings, paintings, graphics, sculptures, ceramics, textiles, mixed media, photography, installation, and video/projection. The juror is Collin Parson, Director of Galleries and Curator for the Arvada Center for the Arts and Humanities.

Key dates: October 13, 2023 - Deadline to Submit; November 1, 2023 - Notifications to Artists; December 1, 2023 - Deadline to receive all accepted artworks; December 26-28, 2023 - Art pick up and mail return.
