Holiday Small Works Show & Sale

The Holiday Small Works Show & Sale is a seasonal exhibition celebrating art as a gift and encouraging art collecting. Inspired by the tradition of salon exhibitions, this show aims to create a unique "Cultural Center Salon" with a feeling of seasonal celebration and community. The exhibition will feature 2-D wall art and sculptural pieces that are small, affordable, and reflect the artist's interpretation of seasonal or winter themes. Work will be displayed in the galleries of the Cultural Center of Cape Cod from December 6-17, 2022, with pieces available for purchase directly off the wall.

Artists may submit up to 20 works. Entry fee is $20 for the first entry and $5 for each additional entry. Payment is non-refundable and does not guarantee acceptance. Work must be original and not copied or created under instructor guidance. Framed work must be firmly fitted in frame with wire for hanging; no loose glass over mats. Gallery wrapped canvases are permitted. All submitted work must be available at the time of the exhibit and remain for its entirety.

Local drop-off is Monday, December 5 between 8am-noon. Shipped work must arrive by Saturday, December 3. Unsold work may be picked up Sunday, December 18 between 8am-noon, or will be shipped back during the week of December 19. Shipping and return shipping costs are the artist's responsibility. Members of the Cultural Center are charged a 30% commission on sales; non-members are charged 40%. This call is open to artists worldwide, both amateur and professional. All fine art media are considered except film.
