Holiday Sale 2026

In cooperation with the Potters Guild, the Community Arts Center presents its Holiday Sale in the 3,000 square foot Duke Gallery in the historic main building located at 414 Plush Mill Road, Wallingford, PA 19086. The sale runs December 4–13, 2026, and attracts thousands of shoppers seeking hand-crafted work for the giving season.

Open to all artists. Work is accepted in the following categories: bookmaking, mixed media, glass, sculpture, fibers, leather, wood, jewelry and metal, and other fine craft. No ceramics. All work must be created by the artist. Accepted artists will be assigned a 6' x 2.5' space and are responsible for providing all display equipment, including tables and display. Table covers must be solid color (white preferred) and reach to the floor. Artists must provide adequate inventory for the 10-day sale and are required to volunteer a minimum of six hours during the sale. Artists unable to work these shifts will be charged $30 per hour. All work must be clearly labeled with typed labels including the assigned code and price.

Entry fee: $25 jury fee (paid with submission). Booth fee: $55 for CAC Members, $60 for Non-Members (paid upon acceptance). Entry and booth fees are nonrefundable. Accepted artists must pay the booth fee within 7 days of acceptance. The Community Arts Center retains a 35% commission on all sales; artists receive 65%. Notifications will be emailed by August 17, 2026. Submission requires 5 images: 4 work samples and 1 image of booth/display. Images must be high-quality JPEG files, at least 1500 pixels on the longest edge, no larger than 30 MB, with only the artwork visible (no matting, frames, or background distractions). Entries must be submitted and paid by July 10, 2026. Entries cannot be accepted or changed after the deadline, and incomplete entries will be disqualified.
