About This Call
The Holiday Bazaar is held to kick off the holiday season and promote the amazing work of talented artists in the Southeast area and community. This event is held in conjunction with Christmas at Crossroads, a community event to spread holiday cheer and bring Santa to town. The show takes place on Friday, November 28 from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM at The Town Green at Russell Crossroads, located at 17 Russell Farms Road, Alexander City, AL 35010.
The event is open to all artists and designers, with vendors reviewed and chosen by the Art Show Jury Committee. All work must be original, and accepted mediums include drawing, furniture, painting, photography, glass, pottery, wood, jewelry, metalwork, mixed media, printmaking, textiles, wax creations, and other original handcrafted work. Reproductions are permitted but must not exceed 25% of total products offered for sale. Artists must submit three images showcasing their work through the ZAPPlication platform.
Booth fees are $125 for single (10' x 10'), $240 for double (10' x 20'), and $355 for triple (10' x 30') booths, with optional power for $15. All booths are located under large event-style tents. Applications submitted after November 10 incur a $40 late fee. Artists are responsible for collecting 6% sales tax and must be present for the entire show duration. Early setup is available Wednesday, November 26 from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM for display pieces only.
