Holiday Bazaar 2025

Founded in 1971, the Crooked Tree Arts Center's mission is to inspire and enrich lives through the arts. CTAC offers exhibits, concerts, classes, lectures, special events, and much more out of locations in both Traverse City and Petoskey. The 2025 Holiday Bazaar is a juried showcase of original art available for purchase during the winter holiday shopping season, installed and available for sale in the CTAC galleries with artwork displays set up by CTAC's Visual Arts staff.

The exhibition runs November 14 - December 18, 2025. Applications are accepted online August 14 - October 8, 2025, with notification of acceptance via email by October 10, 2025. Selected artists must accept the invitation by October 17, 2025. The application fee is $15, non-refundable. Open to US residents 18 years of age or older who submit a minimum of 10 images of representative work with price points. Both 2D and 3D work in all media are eligible.

All exhibited work must be original in concept and created by the accepted applicant. No work made with commercial kits may be exhibited. Reproductions of original art may be sold but must not comprise more than 25% of exhibited work. CTAC retains a 40% commission on work sold during the exhibition, with artists receiving 60% of the final selling price. Wall work must be framed and ready to hang with a maximum dimension of 36", while 3D work must be freestanding with a maximum weight of 15 pounds. Artwork drop-off is October 29 - November 4, 2025, with pick-up January 3 - January 8, 2025.
