About This Call
The Hobe Sound Festival of the Arts features the country's leading artists and talented craft artisans. The festival takes place along Dixie Highway, stretching from Bridge Road to Venus Street in the affluent Martin County, between Jupiter and Stuart. This popular event includes both a fully juried art fair and a curated craft fair, showcasing over 200 artists and craft artisans. The show is closed to the jewelry category, with all jewelry applications juried for wait list only.
The festival offers 10x10 spaces (limited 10x20 available with approved double booth image) with show hours Saturday & Sunday 10am-5pm and convenient Friday setup. Public admission is free with parking located near the show site. The application requires 4 images of work, 1 booth shot with white canopy tent, and has an application fee of $450. Booth fee is also $450, paid directly to Howard Alan Events upon invitation.
Accepted mediums include clay, digital, fiber, glass, jewelry, mixed media, painting, photography, printmaking/drawing, sculpture, wood, and resin. A separate craft section is included, and all crafters should choose "craft section" as their category when applying. Applications are juried in order of date received with an ongoing jury process, and artists are recommended to apply early as categories may close once maximum allotment is reached.
