HMVC Gallery presents [Women]

HMVC Gallery presents an online group art show celebrating International Women's Day in March 2023. The exhibition features female-centric artworks from all mediums of visual art, except video/film. Artists may submit up to 3 artworks for consideration, with one artwork from each selected artist included in the final group show.

Submission Requirements: Artists must provide high-quality images befitting the theme, an Artist Bio, and an Artist Statement. Images must be submitted in JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, SVG, or WEBP format, with dimensions of 1200 pixels or greater on the longest side and file size under 2 MB. The entry fee is $40 for up to 3 images and is non-refundable. Digital entries must be received by February 23rd, 2023 before 11:59 p.m. EST. Notification of acceptance will be sent by email by February 28th. The show will premiere on March 1st and end on March 31st.

Awards: All participating artists will be featured on the HMVC Gallery website and Virtual Gallery platform and will receive a certificate of participation. Two winners will be selected to have their own solo shows the following month, with two weeks each. Winners will receive promotion in the Gallery's Newsletter and on Instagram (@hmvcgallery), plus a second certificate recognizing their achievement. By submitting images, artists grant HMVC Gallery New York the right to use their images on the website, social media, and online to promote exhibitions, with full credit and copyright remaining with the artist. Jurors are Heini Mika and Vincent Chang.
