Hill Country Galleria Independence Day Festival

The Hill Country Galleria Independence Day Festival is a family-friendly arts and live music event held on Thursday, July 4th, 2026 at 12700 Hill Country Blvd., Bee Cave, Texas. The festival runs from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM and features 40 arts, crafts, and visual artisan vendors, national caliber live entertainment, food concessions, fireworks, sponsor displays, and mechanical rides for children. Admission and parking are free. Average attendance is 25,000.

Vendor booth spaces are 10 feet by 10 feet (regular or corner configurations available). Booth fees range from $225 to $450 depending on booth size and location. Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, and display items. All tent canopies must have an NFPA-701 tag; vendors without this tag must vend without a tent canopy. Tents may not be secured to the street by nails or puncture methods. No generators are allowed. Electricity is not provided; battery-operated or solar lanterns are suggested for lighting. Vendor load-in begins at noon, with all vehicles cleared from the street by 2:00 PM. The vendor portion of the event ends at 9:00 PM, with fireworks beginning at 9:40 PM. All equipment must be removed by 11:59 PM.

This is a rain or shine event. Application and booth fees are non-refundable. Only items approved on the vendor application and juried by Special Events Live staff are permitted for sale. Vendors are selected through a jury process; approximately 40 artists are selected from 100 applications, with an additional 100 exempt artists invited to participate. Returning artists are selected by the show director or board based on history of participation.
