About This Call

The Highlands Summer Finale Art Festival is held on the grounds of the Highlands Masonic Lodge in Denver, a venue with prime visibility along one of Denver's busiest streets. All forms of original fine art and fine crafts are welcome, including painting, sculpture, metal, glass, printmaking/drawing, ceramics, mixed media, jewelry, wood, fiber, and photography.

The artist must be present to exhibit and exhibit only their own original work. A Picture ID is required at check-in. Artists must design and craft all work themselves. Only white tents are allowed. All spaces are approximately 10 x 10 feet and located outside on grass with no inside or covered spaces available. Electricity is not widely available but can be inquired about if needed.

Application fee is $40 per juried category (non-refundable). Booth fees are due upon acceptance and range from $375 for a single 10 x 10 space to $995 for a double 10 x 20 space with two corners. Submission requires 4 digital images of work and 1 image of the booth display. If applying in multiple categories, submit 4 images for each category. The jury consists of 3 jurors who score applications on a 1-10 scale. Approximately 150 applications are received annually with an average of 110 artists selected. No refunds are issued for cancellations after acceptance. Cancellations must be submitted in writing before the application deadline to receive a non-transferable show credit valid for two years.
