Highlands Art and Craft Show Juried Competition - August 2025

The Highlands Art and Craft Show is holding a juried competition as part of their August 23rd and 24th, 2025 event. This competition is open only to artists who have been accepted to exhibit at the August Show. Artists may enter up to three original pieces, with one piece per category and a $10 entry fee per item.

The competition features three categories: Two Dimensional (painting, drawing, photography, collage, stained glass, fiber art, original prints), Three Dimensional (sculpture, carving, mobiles, ceramics, glass), and Functional Art and Craft (pottery, serving boards, candle holders, toys, furniture, bird houses, original clothing, table linens). Three professionally qualified jurors will award First, Second, and Third place ribbons in each category, with presentations on stage by noon on Saturday. Best in Show and Best Booth awards will be presented at 3 pm.

Entries must be original work created by the artist within the last two years and available at the artist's booth at 9 am on Saturday, August 23, 2025. Winners receive large, eye-catching award ribbons designed for display at their booths to attract customers. One high-resolution photo is required for each piece entered, and the application deadline is August 15th through Zapplication.
