About This Call
The 31st Annual Helper Arts, Music and Film Festival will be held in Historic Downtown Helper, Utah August 15-17, 2025. The Festival is an outdoor event that is free to the public with average attendance of 4,500+. The event includes live music, painting, sculpture, youth art yard, ceramics, jewelry and more in the Artist Marketplace, along with a food court.
Artists are invited to submit an application including four photos of their work. The Festival is looking for high quality original artwork and handcrafted arts. Booth fee is $250 for one 10' x 10' space. Applications submitted after July 15, 2025 will be subject to a late jury fee of $25. All work presented must be the artist's own creation; no manufactured, commercial or kit work will be accepted. Accepted exhibitors will be assigned a space based upon style of media and presentation. Larger spaces may be available for an extra fee. Exhibitors must provide display booths, tables, stands and any other materials needed, and must secure all booths with weights.
Artist presence is required throughout the festival. Set-up begins at 7 AM on Friday, August 15. Booth hours are: Friday 12 PM–dusk, Saturday 9 AM–dusk, and Sunday 9 AM–5 PM. Exhibitors must personally represent their work, monitor their display, and are responsible for removing debris from their space each day. Artwork is displayed at exhibitor's own risk. The festival takes place regardless of weather; no refunds will be issued due to weather.
