Helper Arts, Music, and Film Festival 2025

The 31st Annual Helper Arts, Music and Film Festival will be held in Historic Downtown Helper, Utah August 15-17, 2025. This outdoor festival celebrates 31 years of bringing the arts to Helper and surrounding areas, with a mission to encourage art and culture in Carbon County, support the local artist community, and provide access to art for everyone regardless of income level or art experience. The festival features an Artist Marketplace with live music, painting, sculpture, youth art yard, ceramics, jewelry and more, plus musical entertainment including country, rock, and pop on stage in Main Street Park. A food court is available and the event is free to the public with average attendance of 4500+.

Artists are invited to submit applications for high quality original artwork and handcrafted arts. The application requires four photos of your work and a $250 booth fee for one 10' x 10' space. Applications submitted after July 15, 2025 will be subject to a late jury fee of $25. Accepted exhibitors will be assigned space throughout the Festival Area based on style of media and presentation, with larger spaces available for an extra fee. Artist presence is required for all show days, and exhibitors must provide their own display booths, tables, stands and materials. All booths must be secured with weights.

Booth hours are August 15: setup 7 AM-12 PM, exhibit 12 PM-dusk; August 16: exhibit 9 AM-dusk; August 17: exhibit 9 AM-5 PM, tear down after 5 PM. All work must be the artist's own original creation - no manufactured, commercial or kit work will be accepted. The festival takes place regardless of weather with no refunds issued due to weather conditions. Approximately 70 applications are submitted each year with about 50 artists selected through a jury process using a panel of 5 jurors.
