Health Careers Center Art Exhibit: Fall 2022 & Winter 2023

Central Oregon Community College's Health Careers Center invites artists to submit work for exhibition in the first floor corridor area of the Health Careers Center on the Bend Campus. The exhibition space measures 11 ft. H x 46 ft. W and is equipped with a custom hanging system at 8 ft.

Eligibility: Open to all artists living in the United States, 18 years of age and older. Artworks that have been exhibited at any COCC campus within the last two years are not eligible. Work in any 2D medium may be considered up to a depth of 6 inches. Art submissions do not need to have a health or healthcare-related theme. All accepted work must be suitably framed/mounted and ready for hanging. Exhibitors should review lighting prior to proposal submission; no additional lighting or alterations to the space are permissible.

Submission Requirements: Submit a minimum of 5 and maximum of 10 images. Include a brief artist statement (no more than one page typewritten) and a resume. Artists may only submit one application. Proposal Deadline: April 13, 2022 at 11:59 p.m. MDT. Artist Notification: After May 17, 2022. Exhibition dates: October 18 – November 19 and February 14 – March 24. Selected artists will work with the Exhibition Coordinator to discuss specific exhibition dates, installation, publicity, and de-installation.
