About This Call
The Maui Arts & Cultural Center in partnership with the National Park Service invites artists to enter this national juried exhibition celebrating the 100-year anniversary of the National Parks of Hawai'i. The jurors will consider work ranging from traditional representation to experimental in concept.
Eligibility: Residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older. Work created under direct teaching supervision will not be accepted. Artists may enter 1 to 3 unique artworks. Entry fee is $25.00 per entry. Accepted media includes paintings, drawings, hand-pulled prints, fiber, photography, ceramics, glass, mixed media, jewelry, sculpture, digital media, and video. Work must be original, newly created within the last two years, and not previously exhibited. Size limitation is 84" in width and 192" in height. All two-dimensional works on paper must be framed with Plexiglas. Paintings on stretched canvas must be framed unless the design wraps around the edge.
