The 47th annual Harvest Moon Festival of the Arts invites artists to showcase their best work in the perfect setting of an award-winning, historic small town. The festival takes place October 25-26, 2025 in the charming hometown square of the lakeside community of Granbury, Texas, with Friday, October 24 as load-in day. This artist-friendly festival features corner booths, 10x10 booths, and 10x20 booths, with artist shuttles, hospitality room, and booth relief provided. Discounts are offered at partner hotels.
All artwork must be original or handmade work, with the artist or artisan present at the event. Mass-produced or commercial products will not be accepted. Categories include ceramics, digital art, drawing/pastel, functional, fiber, glass, jewelry, leather, metalworks, mixed media, painting, photography, printmaking, sculpture, wood, and authors. Artist marketing reproduction prints of original work must be clearly labeled and should not comprise more than 50% of the exhibit.
Booth fees are $350 for single booths (10' x 10') and $450 for corners and premium locations. Basic electricity is included to support 15 AMP, 110V. Tents, tables, and chairs are the artist's responsibility and all tents must be white. Leg weights with a minimum of 50 lbs. per leg are required as tent staking is not permitted. Artist amenities include a complete hospitality area serving continental breakfast, sandwiches, snacks, water, coffee and tea throughout the three days, volunteer booth sitters, security guards, and enthusiastic promotion by Visit Granbury and the Historic Granbury Merchants Association.
