HART: Holiday Art Market 2022

The 2022 Annual Holiday Art Market (HART) at Foothills Art Center is the 48th iteration of this premier venue for fine arts and crafts handmade in Colorado. The market will be open from November 18 to December 29, 2022, with free admission to the public. The market attracts hundreds of shoppers and grosses over $100,000 annually. Artwork by selected artists is displayed in a festive gallery setting.

Foothills Art Center seeks fine art and craft in all media suitable for the holiday market, including 2-D media, ceramics, jewelry, glass, fiber, leather, metal, wood, edibles, and holiday-themed items such as decorations, ornaments, and greeting cards. All work must be original and handmade by the artist. Commercially manufactured components, commercial patterns, and molds will not be accepted. Reproductions of the artist's original work are accepted. Artists are juried based on their body of work, and artwork is accepted on a consignment basis. All proceeds benefit local Colorado artists and Foothills Art Center programming.

Entry fee is $35 (non-refundable). Applicants must submit 5 to 10 images that accurately represent their work and its display. Only online applications via CaFE will be considered. Notifications will be sent via email by September 2, 2022. The artist contract is due (postmarked) by September 12, 2022. All work must be hand-delivered to FAC during a specified window by appointment. Historically, items priced between $3.00 and $650.00 sell best, especially items under $50.00. Items for men and young adults are a priority for the jury.
