About This Call
The Harbor Arts Fair is a 2-day celebration of art held Saturday and Sunday, July 11 & 12, 2026, in Camden's historic Harbor Park and Amphitheatre on the grounds of the Camden Public Library, a National Historic Landmark. The fair features approximately 85 artist vendors displaying work in standard 10x10 tents, along with local live music, a Community Arts Tent with free family-friendly art projects, a student artist tent, and food truck vendors.
Applications are accepted through Zapplication only and require 3 images of artwork and 1 image of booth setup. All artworks must be substantively produced by hand using non-computer-assisted or non-AI means; mold-made or buy-sell art is not permitted. The jury process is ongoing throughout the application period, with artists typically notified within several weeks of application. Accepted medium categories include basketry, ceramics, digital art, fiber, food, functional art, glass, jewelry, metal, mixed media, painting, photography, printmaking, sculpture, wood, works on paper, and rare or collectible books. The application deadline is midnight on May 1, 2026, or earlier if the venue reaches capacity. An emerging artists program offers one selected applicant a waived booth fee.
Fees include a $25 non-refundable jury/entry fee and booth fees of $275 for a single booth or $550 for a double booth (tents and furniture not provided). Vendors must accept and pay booth fees by June 12, 2026. Booth spaces are assigned once all artists are accepted and paid in full, typically mid-June. Show hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days. Vendors receive access to a vendor lounge in the Camden Public Library with complimentary coffee, tea, water, fruit, and snacks; free Wi-Fi; booth sitting assistance; overnight security (7 p.m. to 7 a.m.); and restroom facilities. All tents must be weighted with a minimum of 30 lbs. per leg; stakes should not be used due to underground irrigation. Vendors are responsible for staffing their booths during show hours and maintaining orderly displays. Pets are not permitted except service animals. No smoking is allowed on library campus grounds, and electric power is not available.
