Harbor Arts Fair - Fall 2026

The Harbor Arts Fair is a 2-day celebration of art held Saturday and Sunday, October 3 & 4, 2026, during Maine Craft Weekend. The fair takes place on the National Historic Landmark grounds of the Camden Public Library in Midcoast Maine, featuring approximately 60 artist vendors, local live music, a Community Arts Tent with free family-friendly art projects, a student artist tent, and food truck vendors.

Applications are accepted through Zapplication only and require 3 images of artwork and 1 image of booth setup. All artworks must be substantively produced by hand using non-computer-assisted or non-AI means; mold-made or buy-sell art is not permitted. Accepted medium categories include basketry, ceramics, digital art, fiber, food, functional art, glass, jewelry, metal, mixed media, painting, photography, printmaking, sculpture, wood, works on paper, and rare or collectible books. The jury process is ongoing throughout the application period, with artists typically notified within several weeks of application. The application deadline is midnight on September 1, 2026, or earlier if the venue reaches capacity. An emerging artists program offers one selected applicant a waived booth fee; the emerging artist application deadline is August 1, 2026.

Entry fee is $25 (non-refundable). Booth fees are $275 for a single booth or $550 for a double booth; booth space only is provided (tents and furniture not included). Vendors must accept and pay booth fees by Friday, September 11, 2026. Booth spaces are assigned once all artists are accepted and paid in full. Vendors receive use of the Picker Room as a lounge area with complimentary coffee, tea, water, fruit, and snacks; free Wi-Fi; booth sitting assistance; overnight security (7pm-7am Friday and Saturday); and restroom access. All tents must be weighted with a minimum of 30 lbs. per leg; stakes should not be used due to underground irrigation. No pets are permitted except service animals. No smoking is allowed on library campus. Vendors must staff their booths during show hours (Saturday 9am-5pm, Sunday 9am-4pm) and may only display juried, handmade items.
