Handheld for the Holidays

Blue Line Arts in Roseville, CA invites artists to submit smaller-scale handmade items such as mugs, bowls, jewelry, prints, and other giftable works for this holiday season exhibition. Artworks will be sold directly off the wall/shelf with opportunities to restock work with local artists during the exhibition. Only handmade items are accepted; commercially printed or pre-manufactured items are not eligible.

Artists may submit up to 10 artworks. All artwork must be original and completed within the last two years, no larger than 32 inches wide, and cannot have been previously exhibited at Blue Line Arts. Artwork images should be between 1MB and 3MB in size with a minimum of 1200 pixels on one side, in JPG format. An optional artist statement may be included.

Entry fee is $25 for non-members (free for Blue Line Arts Artist Members $75 or above). Artists must be 18 years or older. The application deadline is October 22, 2025 at 5:00 PM PST. The exhibition runs from November 29, 2025 to January 3, 2026, with an opening reception on Saturday, December 20 from 5 to 8 PM. Notifications will be sent by November 1, 2025. Artwork may be shipped (artist pays shipping; prepaid FedEx or UPS label required for return) or hand-delivered November 16-17 from 10 AM to 3 PM. Unsold work must be picked up by January 5, 2026.
