Greater St. Louis Holiday Arts Expo 2021

The St. Louis Arts Chamber of Commerce invites artists and artisans from the greater St. Louis region to participate in the Greater St. Louis Holiday Arts Expo at the Kirkwood Performing Arts Center (210 E Monroe Ave, Kirkwood MO 63122) on Saturday November 27–Sunday November 28, 2021. Each artist will be assigned a 10 x 10 ft booth space inside the venue. In addition to the physical event, accepted artists are invited to post artwork for sale online through digital booth spaces (Saturday November 28–Monday November 29) at no additional fee. The St. Louis Arts Chamber will take a 25% commission from all work sold through digital booth spaces. Artists receive all proceeds from physical booth sales and are responsible for filing their own tax forms.

Application Deadline: Friday October 22, 2021 by Midnight. Entry fee is $50 for non-members or $25 for St. Louis Arts Chamber members. Submit 3–5 images of work representative of what you plan to sell. Artists must be 18+ and from the greater St. Louis area. All submissions will be juried by a panel of regional artists and art professionals based on balance of media categories, originality, design, and craftsmanship. Acceptance notifications will be sent by October 29, 2021. Booth space fees are $150 for non-members or $100 for members, due by November 5, 2021.

Booth setup: Early setup Friday November 26, 4pm–7:30pm; regular setup Saturday November 27, 7:30am–9:30am. The venue is open to the public Saturday 10am–8pm and Sunday 10am–5pm. Booth breakdown is Sunday 5:30pm–7:30pm. Digital artwork must be uploaded by Friday November 26 at 12:00pm. COVID-19 precautions: All attendees must wear masks. Accepted artists must provide proof of vaccination with their booth fee and contract. Cancellations on or before November 19 will receive a refund minus a $25 administration fee; cancellations after November 19 will not be refunded. Artists who do not check in by 8am Saturday will forfeit their booth. The St. Louis Arts Chamber and KPAC assume no liability for loss or damage to artist property.
