Grand Traverse Bay Summer Art & Craft Show

This 4th annual art show is set in a highly visible location on the road into Traverse City, visible from both the road and water during peak tourist times. The show takes place within an hour of major tourist destinations such as Sleeping Bear Dunes, Petoskey, and Glen Arbor. This boutique show features no more than 61 artist/vendors and accepts hand-crafted items only across multiple categories including ceramics, fiber, jewelry, painting, photography, sculpture, wood, and others.

The show runs Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 5pm daily on August 16-17, 2025. Setup is Friday 2-6pm and Saturday 7-9am. Artists are selected through a review by qualified experts based on skill and quality of work. Application fee is $15 before April 1st, $25 after. Booth fee is $275, corner booths $350, double booths $550. A $50 deposit is required within 7 days of acceptance to secure your space, with the remainder due 60 days before the event.

Amenities include easy load in and out, complimentary bottled water daily, coffee and pastries each morning, free vendor parking, and booth sitters. One blue ribbon is awarded at the show. Categories are capped with no more than 25% jewelry. The show takes place on grass with booth spaces approximately 12' x 12'. All exhibitor tents must be white, and displays must be professional and reflect the work submitted for jurying.
