Glenview Art League Summer Art Fair 2025

Welcome to the 71st Annual Glenview Art League Summer Art Fair, the second longest running art fair in Illinois dating back to the 1950s. This volunteer-run community tradition takes place on the tree-filled lawn of Lyon School in a northern suburb of Chicago on Saturday and Sunday, July 19-20, 2025 from 11am-5pm both days. The fair features fine art and craft exhibits complemented by music, food, and kids activities, drawing crowds through social and traditional media promotion.

Accepted media includes paintings and drawings, sculpture, prints, mixed media, wood, fiber, ceramics, photography, and jewelry. All work must be original art created by the exhibiting artist - no mass-produced or machine-made work is permitted. Artists may exhibit only their own work and must be present for the duration of both days. Booth spaces are approximately 12' x 12' on grass with many near trees, and overnight security is provided though artists leave work at their own risk.

Booth fees are $250 for non-members and $190 for Glenview Art League members. A $20 non-refundable jury fee is required. Artists are required to re-jury every 3 years on a rotating basis by medium, with ceramics, sculpture, and 3D artists required to jury in 2025. Judging begins at 11am Saturday with cash awards presented Sunday. The fair goes on rain or shine with no rain date, and no electricity is available for artist booths.
