About This Call

GlassFest is a three-day outdoor street festival celebrating glass, fine art, specialty craft, food and music held in Corning, New York, home to world headquarters of Corning Inc. and the renowned Corning Museum of Glass. Now in its 17th year, GlassFest takes place Memorial Day Weekend, May 22–24, 2026, along historic Market Street in Corning's Gaffer District, attracting tens of thousands of visitors annually.

Vendor categories include Fire Artists, Fine Artists, Craft Makers, Gourmet Packaged Foods, General Merchandise Vendors, and Onsite Preparation Food Vendors. Juried Fire Artists will be considered for recognition in the Fire Arts Award Showcase, honoring outstanding work in Glass, Ceramics, Metals, and Jewelry. Award recipients in each category receive a fee-free booth at GlassFest 2027 and promotional campaign recognition.

All vendor applications are reviewed by the GlassFest selection committee based on submitted images. Applicants must submit 3–5 high quality images of current work and 1 image of booth/display setup. Work displayed at the festival must match submitted images. Booth sizes are 10' x 10' for $250 or 10' x 20' for $500; Onsite Preparation Food Booths or Food Trucks are $500. Applications submitted by February 13, 2026 have the application fee waived. The application deadline is April 6, 2026. All vendors must obtain $1,000,000 General Liability insurance with proof due by April 27, 2026. Booth fees are refundable only if written withdrawal is received by May 1, 2026. All vendors must display a valid NYS Tax ID number and comply with all applicable regulations.
