Georgetown Heritage Arts 2026 Call for Artists

Georgetown Heritage Arts is a recently created program to develop more arts and culture programming in one of D.C.’s most historic neighborhoods. Our goal is to amplify the neighborhood’s history, enliven its public spaces and develop it as a nationally recognized destination for arts and cultural experiences—fostering connection, belonging, and civic pride. As we develop the Arts program, we are inviting artists and creative practitioners to submit conceptual proposals for new, temporary public art installations to take place in calendar year 2027 and beyond, contingent on grant and donor funding.
