About This Call
Geneva Arts Fair is Saturday, July 25 & Sunday, July 26, 2026. This original-only art show is celebrating its 24th year and is ranked #12 in Sunshine Artist's 200 Best, focusing solely on artist show revenue. The prestigious show offers a superb selection of fine art by renowned artists and cutting edge newcomers from around the country that attracts beginning and avid collectors. Presented by the Geneva Chamber of Commerce, the show is front and center among 100+ specialty shops located in Victorian-style homes and century-old buildings in Geneva, Illinois, a chic and bustling historic town located on the Fox River.
Participation is open to all artists creating fine art and fine craft. All work represented must be of an original concept executed and designed by the artist in attendance. No artist's representatives are allowed and the artist must be in attendance during the event. Work done by a production studio is not accepted, nor is work made with commercial kits or patterns. Exhibitors may not sell promotional items such as t-shirts, postcards, or books. Both photographers and printmakers are required to disclose their printmaking process, and reproductions of any kind are not allowed.
Booth spaces are 10' x 10' for $400 or 10' x 20' for $800, with corner booth requests receiving a $50 upcharge if accommodated. Artist amenities include morning coffee and light breakfast, easy loading and unloading with drop-off on Friday afternoon, close artist parking suitable for trailers, overnight security, and an air-conditioned break room. Awards of excellence are presented for both 2D and 3D work during Saturday afternoon. The jury process involves 3 jurors scoring applications on a 1-5 scale, with an average of 200+ applications submitted and 140 artists selected annually.
