Gaylord Sweater Weather Art & Craft Show 2025

The Gaylord Sweater Weather Art & Craft Show will take place November 8-9, 2025 in the beautiful Alpine styled Pavilion in downtown Gaylord. The pavilion has sides and heat options if it's cooler. Located on the 45th parallel, the Alpine Village of Gaylord is Northern Michigan's heart, with top-notch shopping, galleries, arts, music festivals and wireless internet access. The show features makers from multiple categories with jewelry capped at no more than 25% of the event. There is free artist parking and artists can unload near their booth. An ugly sweater parade and competition will be held at 3pm Saturday.

This boutique show will have no more than 75 artist/vendors. Show hours are 10am to 5pm daily. Artists are selected through a review of their work by a panel of qualified experts, with top artists in their categories selected according to their skill and quality of work. Booth spaces are approximately 10' wide by 10' deep on grass. All exhibitor tents must be white and displays must be professional. Artists may only show work in the categories and bodies of work selected by the jury.

Application fee is $15 before February 1st, $25 after. Booth fee is $195 if paid before September 1st, $250 after. Corner booths are $250 before September 1st, $300 after. Double booths are $390 before September 1st, $490 after. Event price increases $50 six days before the event for late applications. Categories include ceramics, accessories/clothing, digital art, drawing, fiber, food/gourmet, glass, graphic & printmaking, jewelry, metalwork, mixed media, painting, photography, soap/bath-body products, sculpture, wood, and other.
