About This Call
The 25th Annual Gardendale Magnolia Festival is held on Saturday, April 18, 2026 at the Gardendale Civic Center Complex (857 Main Street). The festival is a family-friendly event featuring over 150 vendors, 2 stages of live entertainment, a pooch parade, car show, free kid zone, petting zoo, pony rides, and more. Admission and parking are free. Vendors are Saturday only; the carnival and concert begin Friday evening but vendor setup and sales occur on Saturday.
Booth sizes are 10' x 10', with aisle booths at $60 and corner booths at $100. Vendors may rent no more than 2 booths unless prior arrangement is made. Booths are located inside the Civic Center, outside in grass areas, or on the street. Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, and tent if outdoors; tents are required for outside booths. Registration is Friday 9am-5pm or Saturday 6am-8:30am. Vendors may partially set up on Friday if not on the street. Festival hours are Friday 5-10pm and Saturday 10am-5pm. Breakdown cannot begin before 5pm Saturday, and all vendors must vacate by 7pm.
The application deadline is March 3, 2026. The $10 application fee is non-refundable and does not guarantee acceptance. Applicants are typically notified within one week of application. Once accepted, vendors receive one confirmation email with all event details and must confirm and pay within one week or be placed on a waitlist. Vendors are responsible for obtaining any required licenses, permits, or approvals under local or state law, and for paying applicable city, county, and state taxes.
