About This Call
Gallerium invites visual artists worldwide to submit original artworks for the Gallerium Art Prize 2022 international online group exhibition. Selected artworks will be exhibited online from May 20 to June 30, 2022. All representational and abstract artists working in any medium are eligible to participate. Submission is free; a USD 50 selection fee applies only to selected artists.
Artists can submit up to 5 original artworks (1-5 images required). Accepted media include painting, drawing, illustration, printmaking, photography, digital art, fiber art, sculpture, and mixed media. There are no size or creation year limits, though artworks created within the last 5 years are preferred. Artworks must be entirely the work of the entrant and original; copies or derivatives of copyrighted work are not permitted. Artists must have all rights for presenting and publishing artworks internationally.
Selected artists receive cash prizes totaling USD 2000: First Prize USD 1000, Second Prize USD 700, Third Prize USD 300 (awarded to 3 artists with highest artwork ranks). Additional benefits include publication in an online and print exhibition catalogue, digital social media badges, artwork ratings and visitor comments, a digital certificate, an exhibition press release, analytics reports, a free artist profile page on Biafarin platform, and a digital exhibition poster. Maximum 2 artworks may be selected per artist.
