Friend of the Artist Open Call: Volume 22

Friend of the Artist is accepting submissions for Volume 22 of their art book. This opportunity is open to emerging artists of all mediums internationally across the following categories: Craft/Traditional Arts, Photography, Drawing, Film/Video/New Media, Mixed-Media/Multi-Discipline, Painting, and Sculpture.

Selected artists will receive a written statement about their work by an arts writer and a 4-page spread in the publication. The organization is dedicated to elevating the work of emerging artists around the world through high-quality art books and exposure.

Submission Deadline: January 11, 2026. Entry fee is $35. Selected artists are responsible for an additional $90 fee, which covers a copy of the book ($120 value) and helps distribute costs for gallery copies.
