FOUND OBJECTS — finding art in the ordinary

This is an open call for entries for an online exhibition titled "Found Objects," inviting photographers to explore the beauty, mystery, and narrative potential of objects found in everyday life. Whether discovered in a natural landscape, on a bustling city street, or tucked away in an overlooked corner, found objects often tell unexpected stories. The exhibition seeks to showcase the creativity of photographers who find art in the ordinary, featuring works that emphasize the transformation of forgotten or overlooked objects into compelling visual art.

Eligibility is open to photographers internationally over 18 of all levels and backgrounds. Participants may submit up to 10 images that capture the essence of the "Found Objects" theme. Images must be submitted in JPEG or JPG format at 72 dpi with a minimum size of 2100 pixels on the longest side. The entry fee is $20 for up to 4 images, with an additional $4 for each additional image. Entry fees are not refundable. All entries must be received by December 5, with the exhibition launching December 10.

A panel of curators will review submissions and select works that best embody the spirit of the exhibition. Chosen photographs will be displayed in the online gallery. Digital badges will be awarded to all participants, and Certificates will be given to First, Second, and Third place entries plus two Honorable Mentions. The First Place entry will be offered a free gallery in the Featured section.
