FOCUS 2018 Fine Art Photography Competition

FOCUS 2018 is a fine art photography competition open to all U.S. residents 18 years of age or older, from amateur to professional. All types of photographic processes, post-production techniques, styles, subject matter, and sizes are eligible for submission.

Selected artists will have up to six pieces included in a one-month exhibition at b.j. spoke gallery in Huntington, NY from August 1-26, 2018. Winning artists will also have one image and a short statement on the b.j. spoke gallery website for the duration of the exhibition. The exhibit will be promoted through print and/or social media, gallery e-vite, and an opening reception on August 4th from 6:00-9:00pm.

Entries must be submitted online through the Call for Entry (CaFÉ) website. The entry fee is $35.00 for up to 6 images. Applicants may submit up to 2 applications. Work must be the original creation of the artist and must be framed, wired, or presented in a way suitable for hanging in a gallery. Loose photos will not be accepted. No glass is permitted on works shipped; Plexiglass only. Please indicate the final, framed size of your work in your submission. Entrants will be notified of their status by email on or about May 30, 2018. Shipping instructions will be provided to selected artists in June. b.j. spoke gallery does not provide insurance for any works of art and is not responsible for loss or damage.
