Flowers in May

Gallery 526 welcomes all visual artists residing in Florida to submit original artworks for this juried exhibition. The exhibition seeks large-scale flowers in figurative and/or abstract styles. Eligible media includes painting, encaustic, drawing, mixed media, collage, or digital art.

Artwork must be large scale, no smaller than 36" x 36" and no larger than 84" in length. All accepted artists will be featured on social media and the Gallery 526 website, as well as a video clip for social media. Artwork must be available for sale with a 50% commission to the gallery upon sale. A consignment agreement will be required upon delivery of artwork. Framing is recommended but not required.

Entry fee is $15 (non-refundable) and enables submission of up to three works. Submit one digital image per work in .jpeg format (not exceeding 5MB), including artist name, title, size, medium, and price in the image description. Deadline to apply is April 28, 2021. Jury notifications will be made by April 30, 2021. Three cash prizes will be awarded: Best in Show ($100), 2nd Place ($50), and 3rd Place ($25). Artwork delivery is May 4, 2021 from 11 am to 4 pm. Exhibition dates are May 5-31, 2021. Artwork pickup is June 1, 2021 between 11 am and 5 pm.
