Flora/Fauna/Form

This exhibition is open to all current members of the Guild of Berkshire Artists. More than 20 artists with over 50 pieces will be selected by Berkshire Botanical Garden jurors. All art media, including 2D and 3D, are accepted. Work should be new as of the past 2-3 years. Photography must be part of a numbered series and not printed on canvas. You may submit up to three related works approximately 20" X 24" plus framing in size, with no works over 42" wide. One to three works will be selected per artist. Larger pieces will be accepted as space allows; if a particularly large piece is accepted, there may not be space for additional works by that artist. The botanical garden has requested that no human figures be included, but animal imagery is welcomed.

Submissions must be high-quality JPEG image files at least 1500 pixels on the longest edge with a maximum file size of 30 MB. Crop images to show only the artwork itself without matting, frames, or background distractions. Ensure images are oriented correctly and well-lit. The entry fee is $35 per artist. After submission and payment, you may log back in to review, edit artist and image information, and add or substitute images until the entry deadline of January 12, 2026. Entry fees are not refundable.

The exhibition runs February 13 – March 1, 2026 at Berkshire Botanical Garden. Check-in is Wednesday, February 11, noon - 4pm. All artists in the show are expected to help with hosting by selecting a day/time to assist. The Berkshire Botanical Garden will market the exhibit through their PR channels and seasonal publication. The Guild will create a flyer for participating artists to share. By entering, you agree to hold the Guild of Berkshire Artists and Berkshire Botanical Garden harmless for any loss, theft, or damage to artwork during setup, display, and breakdown. You must either self-insure your art or carry sufficient insurance coverage.
