Flagstaff Art in the Park - Labor Day 2025

Welcome to Flagstaff's longest-standing locally owned and operated fine arts festival! This juried art show takes place over Labor Day weekend (August 30 - September 1, 2025) in Wheeler Park, a beautiful, tree-shaded, grassy venue in Downtown Flagstaff along the main route to the Grand Canyon. The festival features approximately 85 talented artists and includes live music, kids' activities, a shaded beer garden, and food throughout the three-day event.

Applications require 5 images of work plus 1 booth photo, with a $25 application fee (early bird through March 31, increasing to $35 April 1-May 2, and $45 for late applications). Booth fees are due by June 2, 2025: 10' x 10' spaces cost $435, 10' x 20' deep spaces $560, and 10' x 20' wide spaces $870. All participants must have a current Arizona State Sales Tax License and sell only original, handmade work - no commercial, mass-produced, imported, or resale items are allowed.

Event hours are 9:30am-5pm on August 30-31 and 9:30am-4pm on September 1. All canopies must be white, and booths must remain open during all festival hours. Cancellations before July 30, 2025 receive a full refund less $50 processing fee; no refunds are given after July 30th.
