Flagstaff Art in the Park July 2026

Flagstaff Art in the Park is Flagstaff's longest-standing locally owned and operated fine arts festival, held over the Fourth of July weekend in Wheeler Park—a tree-shaded, grassy venue in Downtown Flagstaff. The three-day event features approximately 85 talented artists and includes live music, kids' activities, a shaded beer garden, and food. The festival draws visitors from across Arizona and beyond.

Applications are accepted for both artist and non-artist vendors. Participants must submit original art and handmade craft created by the exhibitor; commercial, mass-produced, imported, and resale items are not permitted. The application requires 5 images (including a booth shot), a description of your work and creative process, booth size and location requests, an Arizona state sales tax license number, and social media or website links. Application fees are $25 (early bird through February 8, 2026) or $35 (through March 15, 2026). Booth fees range from $485 for a 10' x 10' space to $970 for a 10' x 20' wide space, due by April 20, 2026. All canopies must be white. Participants must remain open during all festival hours and maintain a current State of Arizona Sales Tax License. Cancellations made before May 15, 2026 receive a full refund less a $50 processing fee; no refunds are given after May 15th. The event runs July 3-5, 2026, with hours 9am-6pm on July 3rd and 4th, and 9am-4pm on July 5th.
