About This Call
Flagstaff's longest-standing locally owned and operated fine arts festival features juried art shows held over the Fourth of July and Labor Day weekends in Wheeler Park, a beautiful, tree-shaded, grassy venue in Downtown Flagstaff along the main route to the Grand Canyon. With approximately 85 talented artists featured, the festival creates an exclusive atmosphere for both artists and patrons, including live music, kids' activities, a shaded beer garden, and food throughout each three-day event.
The festival accepts only original art and craft handmade by the exhibitor - no commercial, mass-produced, imported, or resale items are allowed. Artists must have a current State of Arizona Sales Tax License and stay within their pre-assigned space during all festival hours. All canopies are required to be white in color, and each 10' x 10" tent must be anchored with a minimum of 150 pounds in weight with no stakes allowed in the grass.
Application requires $25 fee (early bird January 20-February 28) or $35 (March 1-April 18), plus 5 images of work and 1 booth photo. Booth fees range from $435 (10' x 10') to $870 (10' x 20' wide) and are due by May 15, 2025. Event dates are July 4-6, 2025 with hours 9am-6pm on July 4th and 5th, and 9am-4pm on July 6th. Cancellations before June 1st receive full refund less $50 processing fee; no refunds after June 1st.
