Firehouse Art Center 2016 Call for Artists - All Mediums

The Firehouse Art Center is accepting applications for its 2016 exhibition calendar. The center features two exhibition spaces with over 1,000 square feet of space and is housed in a National Historic Landmark building.

Established and emerging artists in all mediums are welcome, including film, music, and installation. Multidisciplinary artists are encouraged. Group exhibitions, curatorial proposals, and solo exhibition proposals are welcomed; the center may combine several artists into one exhibition. Jurors will look for submissions that are culturally relevant with a unique perspective and the ability to provide a diverse art experience. Contemporary work is encouraged.

Submissions require a $30 entry fee, 6 images (300 dpi, jpeg format), artist bio and statement, exhibition proposal, and documentation of artwork submitted (title, dimension, media, and price). Incomplete submissions will not be considered. Submissions must be made on CaFE. Entry deadline is September 18, 2015 at 11:59 p.m. MDT. Up to 2 applications are allowed per artist. International artists are eligible.
