Fine Arts Fiesta 2026

Celebrating our 70th Anniversary! This four day outdoor event attracts approximately 30,000 visitors and is free to the public. The Artist & Maker's Market at Fiesta is limited to 60 vendors. Artists living outside a 60 mile radius of the event are provided a subsidized single occupancy hotel room in walking distance to the event, with Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights totaling $200. All artists are invited to the Artist Breakfast and Award Presentation Saturday morning, free to artists.

Fine Arts Fiesta also displays juried works from local artists and students. This is a family friendly event with entertainment and workshops for kids of all ages, featuring live music and entertainment at all times. Food trucks line one side of Public Square offering a great variety of food and drinks. The event is open to all artists and crafts people 18 years of age and older who create original work. No commercial molds, kits, decoupage, pre-manufactured components, or buy-sell allowed.

Application fee is $25 (non-refundable). Single booths (10x10 tents) are $250, double booths (10x20 tents) are $400, plus a $30 Wilkes-Barre license fee. All booths are provided with 110V electricity, and free off-street parking is provided for artists. All tents must be white with a minimum of 40 lb weights per leg required. Set up is Wednesday, May 13 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM and Thursday, May 14 from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Security is provided from closing time to opening time the following day.
