Fine Art at the Village 2026

Fine Art at the Village is the 22nd annual art fair held at the Village of Rochester Hills shopping center in Rochester Hills, Michigan. The fair is sponsored by the Village Fine Art Gallery, located in the same upscale outdoor shopping center. Rochester Hills is home to a young, well-educated clientele with disposable income that supports the arts. The art fair charges zero gate fee and zero for parking, and features local free entertainment.

The fair accepts artists working in the following mediums: Ceramics, Drawing, Digital Prints, Fiber/Leather, Glass, Graphics, Jewelry, Metalsmith, Painting, Photography, Sculpture, Wood, 2D Mixed Media (including Handmade Paper), 3D Mixed Media, and Other. Artists must be present with their work for the duration of the festival and will exhibit only in the medium for which they were accepted. All work must be designed and executed by the exhibiting artist; unacceptable items include objects made from commercial kits, molds or patterns, and reproductions of the artist's original paintings may not exceed 25%. The application fee is $25, with an additional $10 fee for each additional medium category. Booth sizes are 10x10 ($295) or 10x20 ($580), with an optional $50 corner fee. Setup occurs July 24-25, 2026, with the event running July 25-26, 2026. Artists are responsible for collection and payment of 6% Michigan sales tax. The jury process involves 4 jurors scoring applications on a 1-5 scale. Refunds of the full booth fee minus a $50 handling fee are accepted in writing or by telephone if received by April 30, 2026.
