Figures & Faces 2018

Las Laguna Gallery is seeking works that focus on the human face or figure for this group exhibition. Works should examine the human face and figure and convey the emotions and experiences of being human. Submissions may be representational or abstract in nature, with no restrictions on content, style, or context, as long as entries fit the theme either traditionally or digitally.

All local, national, and international artists, professional and amateur, of all ages are encouraged to submit. Acceptable media includes all types except jewelry and sculpture. While there is no size limitation, pieces over 48" are not recommended due to shipping costs. Artists may submit 1-15 images. Entry fee is $35, with an additional $2 per image for submissions beyond the first image. The artist-gallery split is 65% artist / 35% gallery.

Submission deadline: June 5th, 2018. Artist notification: June 12th, 2018. Art delivery: June 27th-30th, 2018. Exhibition dates: July 5th-27th, 2018.
