Fifth Annual i-Phonography Now

Plymouth Center for the Arts is hosting the 5th Annual International i-Phonography Competition, a juried photography exhibition for images taken with mobile devices including cell phones, tablets, and iPads. Photographers of all ages are invited to submit their favorite images. This is an open competition with no membership requirement and open theme.

Submissions are accepted from November 15, 2018 through December 31, 2018. Entry fees are $15 for the first image and $10 for each additional entry. Participants may submit between 1 and 15 images. Judges will select 50 images for exhibition and award 5 artists. Selected images will be published on ArtsPlymouth.org. The five winning images will be printed, matted, framed, and shipped to the artists at the Art Center's expense.

Awards include First Place $100, Second Place $75, Third Place $50, and two Honorable Mentions. All five winning images will receive ribbons and certificates. Selected images and award winners will be announced by January 17, 2019. The five top award-winning images will be exhibited in the Russell Gallery during the Winter Show Opening Reception on Thursday, January 17, 2019, with the online show running through the end of the Winter Show (2/28/19). All participants and interested parties are invited to the reception.
