Festival of the Arts 2025

The Greater Brownsburg Chamber of Commerce presents the Festival of the Arts, a vibrant celebration of creativity and community showcasing local artists, artisans, and performers. This juried art fair offers attendees the chance to explore and purchase unique artworks and fine crafts, with food vendors providing delicious treats for all to enjoy. The festival takes place September 20-21, 2025 at Arbuckle Park (402 E Main St, Brownsburg, IN 46112), with hours Saturday 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and Sunday 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

All work must be created solely by the exhibiting artist with no buy/sell or consigned works permitted. Applications require 4 images (3 of artwork, 1 booth shot) and are accepted from March 1st through May 31st, 2025. The application fee is $35 (non-refundable) with booth fees of $200 including a $50 non-refundable deposit due by August 31st. Exhibit spaces are approximately 12 ft. x 12 ft., with artists providing their own tents and weights (no stakes allowed). Artists may include up to 250 signed and numbered reproductions of original pieces.

Amenities include extensive marketing and publicity, free onsite parking, vehicle access for setup/teardown, overnight security, artist hospitality with morning coffee and pastries, volunteer booth sitters for breaks, and family activities. Setup is Friday, September 19th from 3:00-6:00 p.m. at Bundy Lodge. The jury process reviews approximately 200 applications annually, selecting around 150 artists using a 5-juror panel scoring system. Cancellations before August 15th receive booth fee refunds minus the $50 deposit.
