Fearlessly and Wonderfully Created Fine Art Show and Sale

The Fearlessly and Wonderfully Created Fine Art Show and Sale is a juried, in-person event held November 14-16, 2024 at Belle Meade Historic Site and Winery in Nashville. Thursday's opening reception is invitation-only, while Friday and Saturday are open to the public. Selected works will be exhibited and promoted for sale, with show dates coinciding with Belle Meade's Holiday Open House.

A preshow and post-show online feature is available for artists who wish to participate; works chosen for online sale do not need to be delivered in person, and shipping is arranged between artist and buyer. Artists are welcome to be present during the show but attendance is not required. The show accepts original works in all subject matter, genres, and styles appropriate for all ages. Submissions must include 5-10 images of original artwork. Permitted mediums include oil, acrylic, water-soluble paints, pastels, charcoal, photography, sculpture, and ink. Mixed media is permitted; digital art, encaustic, and crafts are not accepted. Maximum artwork size is 1,728 square inches (36" x 48"). Works must be framed with solid wood construction or gallery-wrapped canvases, properly wired and ready for hanging. Frames must not exceed 4" in width, and maximum frame size may not exceed 48" in either direction.

Entry fee is $35. Acceptance notification will be provided by September 17, 2024. All selected paintings must be for sale with a predetermined retail price. The sale split is 70% to artists and 30% to SaddleUp!. Local delivery is November 12 (9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.) or November 13 (4:00-7:00 p.m.) at Belle Meade Winery, 5025 Harding Pike, Nashville, TN 37205. Out-of-town artists should ship to SaddleUp!, 1549 Old Hillsboro Road, Franklin, TN 37069, arriving no later than November 12. A pre-paid return shipping label must be included. Unsold works may be picked up November 17 (1:00-4:00 p.m.). Artist payment will be distributed via check within 3 weeks of show close.
