FAVA's Art Fair in the Square 2026

Firelands Association for the Visual Arts (FAVA), in partnership with the City of Oberlin, Ohio, invites artists and craftspeople of all mediums to register for the 4th annual FAVA's Art Fair in the Square in Oberlin, Ohio's historic downtown Tappan Square. The event takes place on September 12, 2026 from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, rain or shine. Artists will be allowed one 10' x 10' space for setting up a booth for the sale of handmade items.

The application fee is $50, with an early bird discount available using coupon code EARLY26 on or before April 30, 2026 for $10 off. Applications require a minimum of 3 and maximum of 6 images, including examples of work and at least one of display if available. The application deadline is July 15, 2026, with confirmation of acceptance by August 10th. All work must be original, handcrafted work, and commercially manufactured items are not acceptable.

Amenities include free parking, artist hospitality with morning coffee, water and snacks throughout the day, and access to indoor restrooms at FAVA Gallery. Set up begins at 7 a.m. and must be completed by 10 a.m. on event day. Artists must exhibit for the full duration of the art fair and provide their own display booths, racks, tables, and chairs. No refunds of application fees will be given.
